L.I.F.E EMPOWERMENT / SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAM

Through our L.I.F.E (Live In Full Expectation) Project, ICFA provides free skill acquisition training and empowerment opportunities, specifically targeted at girls and young mothers within the community. This program equips participants with practical skills that enhance their employability and empower them economically.

Also, through strategic planning sessions, we train our staff and volunteers on strengthening Internal Processes (Logistics) and Stakeholder Engagement, including communication with donors, partners, and stakeholders, exploring partnerships, capacity building, and research and needs assessments
